I have lost my password

  1. While on the Remardo homepage, navigate to "My Account" from the top right corner. 
  2. Then choose "Forgot Password"


  3. Enter your email, verify CAPTCHA, and then click on 'Submit'
  4. A password reset link will be sent to the email address you entered earlier.
  5. Click on the link and it will open a form for you to fill in your new password
